You have the right to request a copy of this Bill of Rights at any time and to ask questions about your care and transport experience.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
You have the right to personal privacy during transport and to have your medical and personal information kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
4. Cultural and Religious Consideration
You have the right to request services that accommodate your religious, cultural, or linguistic needs whenever possible.
6. Grievances and Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint or grievance without fear of retaliation. Concerns may be submitted by phone, in writing, or online. All complaints will be investigated promptly.
